Andreeva and Rublev have now accounted for three of the four finalists from the previous year’s event, having beaten Errani and Vavassori in round one before stopping Ruud and Shnaider. Their semifinal against Muchova and Mensik will decide which of the two Czech-Russian combinations reaches the title match.
