The defeat to Real Madrid has brought a second setback, with 19-year-old full-back Xavi Espart facing a spell out through injury.
A difficult aftermath to the Madrid loss
The result against Real Madrid ended the team’s unbeaten run, and the consequences have now extended beyond the scoreboard. Espart’s injury removes a young defensive option at a demanding point in the season.
Espart set to miss key fixtures
- Xavi Espart is 19 years old and plays at full-back.
- His injury will keep him out for at least six matches.
