In northern Portugal, Brito Sport Clube has brought former midfielder Traverso into a new role away from the television studio and inside the daily workings of the game.
Traverso has left his position as a TV pundit to take charge of the club’s SAD, the football company responsible for managing Brito Sport Clube’s sporting operation.
Quick facts
- Traverso is a former midfielder.
- He had been working as a television panelist.
- He will manage the SAD of Portugal’s Brito Sport Clube.
The move marks a return to football administration for Traverso, exchanging broadcast analysis for a hands-on position at the Portuguese club.
Brito Sport Clube now enters its next phase with Traverso overseeing the SAD structure, placing him at the centre of the club’s management rather than on the television panel.
