Devils Hire Jessica Campbell and Bryan McCabe for Player Development Roles

The New Jersey Devils are adding two experienced hockey operations voices to their development department, bringing in Jessica Campbell as manager of player development and Bryan McCabe as vice president of prospect personnel.

Devils add Campbell and McCabe to development staff

  1. Jessica Campbell, formerly an assistant coach with the Seattle Kraken, will take over as New Jersey’s manager of player development.
  2. Bryan McCabe, a longtime Florida Panthers executive and former NHL defenseman, is set to join the Devils as vice president of prospect personnel.

Campbell arrives after working behind the Kraken bench, adding NHL coaching experience to a Devils organization focused on turning its drafted talent into regular contributors.

McCabe’s new role puts him in charge of prospect personnel after a lengthy front-office run with the Panthers. His background includes both NHL playing experience on the blue line and years spent evaluating and overseeing young players.

The pair will strengthen New Jersey’s pipeline operation, with Campbell working directly on player development and McCabe taking a senior role in prospect evaluation and personnel planning.
