Feyenoord vs Como: Kick-Off Time and Where to Watch Live

Como arrive in Rotterdam with their European opening still fresh in the memory and their domestic rhythm intact, even if the scoreless draw against Gian Piero Gasperini’s Roma offered a more restrained Sunday afternoon. Cesc Fabregas now takes his side to De Kuip for a second League Phase appointment against Gio van Bronckhorst’s Feyenoord, with Moise Kean again unavailable.

The coach and the club

Fabregas has given Como a platform to carry their ambition beyond Serie A. The victory over Leipzig in the first Champions League matchday brought both points and conviction, and the trip to Rotterdam is a chance to show that the opening result was not an isolated evening.

Como’s immediate preparation included the 0-0 league draw with Roma. There was no breakthrough in that match, but neither was there a concession, leaving the Lombardy club to turn quickly towards a very different setting in the Netherlands.

  1. Como began their Champions League campaign by beating Leipzig.
  2. They then drew 0-0 with Roma in the league.
  3. On 14 October, they travel to Feyenoord for the second League Phase fixture.

Kean remains out of contention for the visitors. Feyenoord have a longer list of absentees: Borges, Bos, Moder, Nelson, Nieuwkoop, Van Persie and Watanabe are all unavailable to Van Bronckhorst.

A Rotterdam evening

The match starts at 18:45 at De Kuip and will be refereed by Lithuania’s Donatas Rumsas. It opens Wednesday’s Champions League programme for the second round of League Phase matches.

Feyenoord are expected to line up with Ernst in goal; Read, St. Juste, Mika Marmol and Javi Lopez in defence; Zechiel, Vanhoutte and Targhalline across midfield; and Hadj Moussa, Nacho Ferri and L. Valente in attack.

Fabregas is set to select Butez behind a defence of Yan Couto, Ramon, Chalobah and Kaiki. Perrone and Da Cunha are expected in midfield, with Diao, Nico Paz and Baturina supporting Douvikas.
