Florian Thauvin found the opening under the Bollaert lights once again, delivering a sharp equaliser for Lens after Paris FC had taken a stoppage-time lead before the interval. The 33-year-old winger marked his 300th Ligue 1 appearance with the decisive attacking moment that brought the hosts back to 1-1.

Hazard combination unlocks the move
The equaliser began on the right flank, where Thauvin collected possession and linked with substitute Thorgan Hazard. Hazard returned the ball neatly into his teammate’s path, allowing Thauvin to drive inside.
Thauvin used three changes of direction to move towards the centre before striking firmly from around the edge of the penalty arc. Obed Nkambadio was screened as the shot came through and could not keep out the effort at his near post.
A growing contribution in Lens colours
The strike added to Thauvin’s already substantial influence this season. He has now been directly involved in 10 Lens goals in Ligue 1, combining three goals with seven assists.
