What happened at Stade CMA CGM Océane

The Matchday 4 meeting on Saturday 12 September 2026 began with Le Havre immediately testing Anthony Lopes. Mbwana Samatta was played through by Ayumu Seko in the opening minute, but his tight-angle effort was stopped. Le Havre won the resulting corner, while Seko later saw a shot blocked.

8. Samatta missed from range in the 69th minute and then had a shot blocked inside the box after Richardson found him. At the other end, Allevinah sent an effort wide from Arcus’ pass, while Harouna Djibirin missed from outside the area following an Angers corner.
9. The closing stages brought more changes and more pressure without a goal. Richardson missed left from the middle of the area after Ismaïl Bouneb’s corner, while Usman Simbakoli had a shot from distance blocked in the 89th minute.
10. Le Havre won a final corner in the third minute of five added minutes. Ahmed Touba was shown a yellow card for a dangerous foul a minute later, and substitute Hakim Dongopandji replaced Samatta in the final moments before the match ended at 0-0.

Changes and late disruption

Le Havre made an early second-half alteration in the 63rd minute, with Rayan Fofana replacing Sota Nakamura. Angers then changed two players in the 71st minute: Prosper Peter came on for El Ouazzani and Djibirin replaced Bané Diatta.
