Liverpool marked the eighth round of the Premier League with a home victory, helped by an own goal from Pascal Grob and a finish from Alexander Isak.
The Reds found the breakthrough when Grob diverted the ball into his own net, before Isak added Liverpool’s other goal to secure the result at home.
The win gives Liverpool a positive return from another weekend in the English top flight, with the two decisive moments arriving through the own goal and Isak’s intervention in front of their supporters.
