Parma and Torino arrive at the seventh round of Serie A with their coaches setting out clear selections for an afternoon that belongs to the wider rhythm of the championship. Alberto Gilardino has chosen a Parma side built around continuity through the centre of the pitch, while Ignazio Abate sends Torino out with Nikola Vlasic operating behind a two-man forward line.
