Samardzic Leads Atalanta’s Fantasy Value Risers After Five Serie A Rounds

The first international break has offered a useful early measure of Serie A’s opening weeks, including the shifts already taking shape in fantasy football valuations. At Atalanta, only two players have increased their starting price so far, reflecting both a decisive contribution and a steady opening to the campaign.

Lazar Samardzic has made the larger move. The midfielder scored the winner against Bologna in the second round of the season, a moment that has lifted his Fantacampionato valuation from 27 to 29 credits. It was an early reminder of the influence he can bring to Atalanta’s season when matches require a player capable of deciding a close afternoon.

Odilon Kossounou is the other Atalanta player to gain value during the opening stretch. The defender has risen by one credit and is now priced at 16.

For fantasy managers, the international pause is often the first point at which initial budgets are reassessed. In Bergamo, Samardzic and Kossounou are the only two players whose market values have moved upwards since the campaign began, with their early performances already separating them from the rest of the squad in the valuations.
