At Solanas Punta del Este, the South American Amateur Football Cup is preparing to bring friends, teams and travelling football communities together for another edition on Uruguay’s coast.
The tournament is being presented as a celebration of amateur football, with players invited to register alongside their friends and confirm their places for the event in Punta del Este.
A coastal meeting point for amateur football
Set in Solanas, the competition offers a South American gathering beyond the professional calendar: a chance for amateur sides to make the journey, share a tournament setting and take part in a football occasion built around participation as much as results.
Registration remains open for teams wishing to enter the new edition, with organisers urging prospective participants to secure their place promptly.
