As Week 7 of the 2026 NFL season begins, the projected 2027 NFL Draft order is being set by current records, with strength of schedule serving as the first tiebreaker for clubs with matching marks.
The early board also tracks each team’s five biggest roster needs, while noting which franchises do not currently hold a first-round selection in 2027.
Teams occupying playoff positions at this stage are designated as playoff clubs in the projection. Their eventual draft slots will not be finalized by regular-season record alone, however, because postseason results determine the order among teams that reach the playoffs.
The standings remain fluid with much of the 2026 schedule still to be played, leaving both the non-playoff order and the eventual placement of postseason teams subject to significant change.
