The New York Rangers are taking their Thanksgiving giveaway onto the Zamboni lane, with Adam Graves front and center.
Fans who buy tickets for the Rangers’ November 22 game against the defending Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes can receive a limited-edition “Gravey Boat,” a gravy vessel built around the club’s ice-resurfacer theme and the name of the franchise great.
Quick facts
- The giveaway is tied to the Rangers-Hurricanes game on November 22.
- It is available in limited quantities with ticket purchase.
- The collectible honors former Rangers forward Adam Graves and his No. 9.
- One side carries Graves’ name and number, while the other uses the playful “9ravey” spelling.
- Graves scored 280 goals in 10 seasons with New York, ranking fifth in team history.
The piece resembles a Rangers Zamboni and joins the growing NHL tradition of Thanksgiving-themed gravy-boat promotions. New York’s version leans fully into the Graves wordplay.
Graves appeared in the club’s promotional video and pitched the collectible as “the new MVP of your Thanksgiving table.”
The No. 9 remains one of the Rangers’ most productive scorers, with his 280 goals for the club still fifth on the franchise list. For one night in November, his name will be doing work off the ice as well.
