Barcelona’s Palau Blaugrana opened its doors for the third consecutive home fixture as Barça Futsal met O Parrulo Ferrol in an early seventh-round match of the Liga Prime Futsal Torneo Apertura. The calendar has been brought forward for the Catalan side, whose UEFA Futsal Champions League Main Round runs from 27 October to 1 November.
Although it is listed as matchday seven, the contest against the Galician visitors was only Barça’s fourth league outing of the campaign. Javi Rodríguez’s side made a forceful start in front of their home crowd, turning early territorial control into a two-goal lead.

The match kicked off at 20:45, with Barça immediately taking the initiative and pushing O Parrulo back towards their own area.

In the opening minute, Catela put Barça ahead. The goal reflected the home side’s aggressive beginning, with the attacker particularly prominent from the first exchanges.

Catela continued to threaten after scoring, producing five attempts within the first three minutes. One had already found the net, while O Parrulo struggled to establish possession outside their defensive zone.

Mouhoudine went close to extending the lead in the fifth minute as Barça searched for the second goal that would give them greater control.

Eric Martel made it 2-0 in the seventh minute, reacting sharply after Adolfo created the opening with a fine change of direction and a driven shot across goal.
