Pina is the first player to score four times in a women’s Clásico. Barcelona’s fifth goal came in between her third and fourth efforts, when Caroline Hansen found the net in the 33rd minute.
Pina leads Barcelona’s record-breaking night
Real Madrid had no route back after the break. Ewa Pajor extended the margin in the 55th minute before Sydney Schertenleib completed the scoring with a spectacular long-range effort from beyond 20 metres, sending the ball into the top corner.
