Fans Can Greet Jets and Canadiens Ahead of 2026 Heritage Classic

Winnipeg’s outdoor-game day will begin well before the opening faceoff, with fans invited to line the walkway outside Gate 1 at Princess Auto Stadium and greet the Jets and Canadiens as they arrive for the 2026 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic.

The Winnipeg Jets are scheduled to reach the stadium at about 2:45 p.m. CT on Sunday, Oct. 25, followed by the Montreal Canadiens at roughly 3:15 p.m. CT. Arrival times can move as game-day schedules change.

Both clubs are expected to make their entrance amid a festival-style atmosphere outside the stadium, continuing the outdoor-game custom of players showing up in coordinated themed outfits before heading inside to prepare.

The Heritage Classic faceoff is set for 6 p.m. CT at Princess Auto Stadium. The game will air on Sportsnet, TVA Sports, TNT, truTV and HBO Max.
