The road to the 2027 Copa Libertadores is already taking shape across South America, with five clubs having secured their places in the competition’s group stage.
The early qualifiers have booked a direct route into the main phase of the tournament, avoiding the preliminary rounds as the continental field continues to form for next year’s chase for the trophy known as the Gloria Eterna.
Further places remain to be decided through domestic championships and cup competitions around the region, with the final Libertadores line-up set to emerge over the coming months.
