Juventus Injury Update: Cambiaso and Kolo Muani Continue Treatment

Juventus’ championship chapter has paused at Continassa, though not every page has been left blank. With the league on its break, much of Luciano Spalletti’s squad has departed for international duty, while the training ground has become a quieter place for recovery work and medical programmes.

The coach and the club

Spalletti has suspended normal training and given five days off to Bremer, McKennie and the players not selected by their national teams. The group will not resume its regular work immediately, leaving the club’s base largely closed until Friday.

Twelve Juventus players are away with their countries: Vicario, Alajbegovic, Celik, Conceicao, Nico, Kalulu, Koopmeiners, Lucumi, Douglas, Sarr, Woltemade and Zhegrova. Their absences give the break a familiar shape for a leading club: the coach waits for international commitments to end before bringing the group back together for the next stage of the season.

At Continassa, the remaining activity is centred on players undergoing treatment. Andrea Cambiaso is expected to return to the pitch when training restarts, offering a positive note as Juventus look beyond the interruption.

Kolo Muani is also being monitored after undergoing a procedure on a finger of his hand. Elsewhere, the club’s longer-term injury group remains involved in rehabilitation, with Cabal, Ekhator, Boga, Thuram and Locatelli continuing their respective recovery paths.

For now, there is no full squad session and no immediate match rhythm at Continassa. There is instead the quieter work that often sits behind a championship campaign: international departures, rest for those left behind, and the gradual return of injured players before Juventus begin again.
