Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has found himself at the centre of an off-field incident during Oktoberfest in Munich, where a heated exchange with another man was captured on a smartphone and later circulated online.

The footage shows the Nigerian goalkeeper involved in a tense verbal confrontation, with the argument quickly becoming more intense. At one stage, those around the pair stepped in to hold Okoye back and separate the men as the dispute appeared close to turning physical.
Voices can be heard during the exchange, including the warning: “Watch how you speak.” The intervention of people nearby prevented the situation from escalating further and brought the incident under control.
There is no indication in the footage of a physical altercation taking place. For Udinese, the episode arrives away from the training ground and matchday routine, but it has nevertheless placed one of the club’s senior players under unwanted attention during the Serie A season.
