The fallout from Feyenoord’s Champions League trip to Barcelona has reached UEFA’s disciplinary chamber, with the Dutch club hit by a series of penalties after trouble in the away end at Camp Nou.
UEFA’s Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body imposed total fines of €74,375 following the league-phase match against Barcelona on 9 September, which Barça won 5-1.

The largest individual sanction, €25,000, was issued over “racist or discriminatory behaviour” among Feyenoord supporters. UEFA also ordered a suspended reduction of 25% in the club’s allocation for an upcoming European away fixture.
The case includes incidents involving French fans, who were targeted by racist behaviour from sections of the travelling Feyenoord support.
Feyenoord were additionally fined €26,375 for objects thrown inside the stadium. A further €10,000 penalty was handed down for a message deemed incompatible with a sporting event.
Damage caused in the away supporters’ area brought another €13,000 fine, completing UEFA’s disciplinary package after a difficult night in Barcelona both on and off the pitch.
