France’s first camp under Zinédine Zidane will begin without Warren Zaïre-Emery after the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder was ruled out with an adductor problem.
The 20-year-old will not join the squad for Monday evening’s first training session, scheduled to start after 18:00. France and PSG medical staff agreed that he should remain at his club to recover.

Maghnes Akliouche takes Zaïre-Emery’s place in the group. The Paris midfielder had initially been left out of the squad despite his involvement with France at the 2026 World Cup.
Akliouche now arrives for a gathering that opens a new chapter for Les Bleus under Zidane. His call-up follows direct discussions between the national-team set-up and PSG over Zaïre-Emery’s condition.
There has also been a change in goal. Jean Butez joined the France party on Sunday after Robin Risser encountered physical problems.
