Quick facts
- Fixture: Atalanta vs Venezia
- Competition: Serie A, Matchday 6
- Date: Monday, 12 October 2026
- Kick-off: 18:30
- Venue: New Balance Arena
- Team news: Both starting XIs have been confirmed
For Atalanta, a home fixture on a Monday offers the chance to put another marker down in front of their own supporters. The sixth round is still too early to settle wider ambitions, but it is already a stage at which points begin to shape the mood around a club.
Venezia arrive with the same immediate task: to make their selection count once the warm-up ends and the match begins. Away days in Serie A are often defined by patience as much as initiative, particularly against opponents playing in their own stadium.
With the line-ups now in place, the evening moves from preparation to execution. Matchday 6 will add another result to the developing league story for Atalanta and Venezia.
