Strong return after Schalke stalemate

Michael Olise was the standout performer in the 7-0 win over Union Berlin. He finished the match with five goal contributions as Bayern produced a display close to the authority shown during last season’s title-winning campaign.
Not every performance has yet reached that level, but the Union result underlined Bayern’s attacking ceiling. Kompany’s team have already shown they can recover sharply from a setback, with Olise central to their latest statement victory.
