Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Bryan Thomas Jr. and Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr. were both ejected on the opening kickoff of Sunday’s Week 5 matchup.
The simultaneous disqualifications came before either offense took the field, leaving both teams without a defensive contributor for the remainder of the game.
Jacksonville also saw long snapper Ross Matiscik suffer a shoulder injury. He was listed as questionable to return.
