Bucks Move Bulls Home Opener to 3 p.m. for Brewers World Series Game 1

The Bucks will tip their 2026-27 home opener five hours earlier than planned, shifting the Oct. 23 matchup with the Chicago Bulls to 3 p.m. at Fiserv Forum.

Milwaukee moved the game from its original 7 p.m. slot to clear the evening for the Brewers, who will host Game 1 of the World Series later that night. It will be the Brewers’ first World Series appearance in 44 years.

The Bucks worked with the NBA on the adjustment, setting up a rare same-day doubleheader for the city’s basketball and baseball fans: Bulls-Bucks in the afternoon, followed by the World Series opener in Milwaukee.

The organization called the Brewers’ return to the Fall Classic a significant moment for Milwaukee and fans throughout Wisconsin.

“Congratulations to the Brewers and the entire organization on this tremendous achievement,” the Bucks said in a statement. “We’ll be cheering them on as they begin their World Series run.”

The Bucks said they were proud to reschedule their opener in recognition of the occasion and thanked the league for helping make the change happen.
