On 13 October at 21:30, Boca Juniors host Vasco at La Bombonera in Buenos Aires for the opening leg of their tie.

Atlético Mineiro then welcome Montevideo City Torque to Arena MRV in Belo Horizonte on 14 October, with kick-off set for 19:00.

Vasco and Boca meet again on 20 October at 21:30. The return match will be played in Rio de Janeiro, although the stadium has not yet been confirmed.

The second finalist will be decided in Montevideo on 21 October, when City Torque face Atlético at the Centenario Stadium at 19:00.
Prize money already secured
Each of the four semi-finalists has earned US$800,000 for reaching this stage, a sum listed at R$4.12 million. Progress to the final brings a further US$2.5 million, equivalent to R$12.9 million, regardless of the outcome of the decisive match.
