The banner ceremony gives Carolina a championship-night opening act before the puck drops against Florida at 5 p.m. ET on ESPN. It is the first game of ESPN’s season-opening tripleheader, followed by the New York Rangers visiting the Boston Bruins at 8 p.m. ET and the Chicago Blackhawks playing the Vegas Golden Knights at 10:30 p.m. ET.
