Romeu sees a successor to Pajor
Romeu has shown clear faith in Baha, whose profile offers Barcelona an emerging alternative and a potential long-term deputy for established scorer Ewa Pajor. Her first goal also reflected work on dead-ball situations, an increasingly productive part of Barcelona’s attacking output.

Baha’s domestic progress cannot yet be carried into Europe. She watched Barcelona’s latest Champions League match against Paris FC from the stands because competition regulations prevent her from playing before her 16th birthday.
She will not be eligible for Champions League minutes until January, leaving the domestic calendar as the immediate stage for a forward who has already rewritten two Barcelona age records in the opening phase of her senior career.
