Phoenix Opens Ticket Sales for 2027 NBA All-Star Fan Events

Phoenix has put the first pieces of its 2027 All-Star Weekend on the board, with tickets now available for fan events running Feb. 19-21. The weekend footprint stretches from the Phoenix Convention Center to Mortgage Matchup Center and downtown outdoor programming, with the league bringing back NBA Jam Session for the first time since 2014.

All-Star weekend schedule

  1. NBA Jam Session opens Friday, Feb. 19 at the Phoenix Convention Center. The event runs from noon to 9 p.m. MT that day, then from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. MT on Saturday, Feb. 20 and Sunday, Feb. 21.

  2. The Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game begins at 5 p.m. MT on Friday inside Hardwood Central, part of the Jam Session setup. The game will feature figures from sports, entertainment and culture, and its ticket includes admission to that day’s Jam Session programming.

  3. Castrol Rising Stars follows Friday night at 7 p.m. MT at Mortgage Matchup Center, bringing together the NBA’s leading first- and second-year players.

  4. The NBA HBCU Classic presented by AT&T is set for noon MT on Saturday, Feb. 20 at Hardwood Central. Fans holding a ticket for the game also receive same-day access to NBA Jam Session.

  5. The NBA All-Star Music Festival will run outdoors in downtown Phoenix on Friday and Saturday nights, with headline acts, food, player and talent appearances, and photo opportunities planned across the two evenings.

Jam Session returns with a larger Phoenix footprint

NBA Jam Session will occupy more than 300,000 square feet of the Phoenix Convention Center over its three days. The league plans more than 40 interactive installations, over 100 appearances, live panels and podcasts, along with exclusive merchandise and programming tied to basketball, art, fashion, music and technology.

The experience starts outside the convention hall. Canyons on Third will operate as a free family area with basketball activities, food trucks and a viewing space for selected All-Star events. No ticket will be required for that outdoor area.

Hardwood Central will serve as the basketball hub within Jam Session, housing the Celebrity Game, the HBCU Classic and additional All-Star programming.

Rewards program links fans with local businesses

Greater Phoenix fans can pursue event prizes through the NBA All-Star Rewards Program in the NBA Events App. After registering, participants can earn rewards by visiting and shopping with participating local businesses, a program designed to direct activity toward Valley entrepreneurs and storefronts.
