Serie A Fantasy Football: Best Forwards to Start in Matchday 7

Serie A’s seventh round stretches from Friday evening to Monday night, with Frosinone hosting Sassuolo at 20:45 on 16 October before Parma and Torino bring the matchday to a close at the same time on 19 October. For fantasy managers, the attacking choices reflect a familiar weekend tension: trust the established leaders, find room for the in-form supporting cast, and judge carefully which fringe options may not even make an impact.

Forwards to trust and those facing a harder round

The leading bracket is headed by Lautaro Martinez, alongside Pio Esposito, Douvikas, Gonçalo Ramos, Hojlund, Thuram, Dybala, Diao, Krstovic and Raimondo. They are the forwards carrying the strongest expectations for returns, and the names to build an attacking selection around for this round.

Just below them are players viewed as capable of combining a solid rating with a decisive contribution. Soulé, Kvernadze, Varela, Osmajic, Scamacca, Mendy, Noslin, De Ketelaere, Simeone, C. Adams, Kolo Muani, Alajbegovic, Nico Gonzalez, Lang, Cambiaghi, Neres, Woltemade, Bonny, Castro and Berardi fall into that category.

The third group offers more uncertain, but potentially rewarding, choices. Davis, Pellegrino, Raspadori, Piccoli, Romero, Kulenovic, Pinamonti, Beto, S. Esposito, Bowie, Yeboah, Njie, A. Adams, Isaksen, Robinson, Laurienté, Lontani, Zeballos, Mota and Rowe may provide a respectable score and perhaps more, though they begin the weekend behind the more trusted options.

The final tier is made up of forwards whose prospects appear less favourable, whether because of a difficult assignment or the risk of limited involvement. Vitinha, Dovbyk, Lucca, Gnonto, Fatah, Fini, Diallo, A. Rrahmani, Ngonge, Esteban, Nzola, Bobcek, Dominguez, Addai, Camarda, Frigan, Touré, Cutrone, Geubbels and N’dri are the names to approach with greater caution as the round unfolds.
