Venezia Tie Key Attacker John Yeboah Down Until 2030

Venezia have chosen continuity as they prepare for another Serie A chapter, extending John Yeboah’s stay in the lagoon after the attacker played a central part in the club’s promotion campaign.

The coach and the club

The orange-and-black club have confirmed a new contract for Yeboah running until 30 June 2030. Venezia also hold an option to prolong the agreement by one further season.

Born in 2000, Yeboah arrived at Venezia during the 2024/25 season and has since made 76 official appearances for the club. Across those matches, he has registered 15 goals and 13 assists.

The renewal reflects the weight of his contribution during 2025/26, when Venezia earned promotion to Serie A. Counting league and Coppa Italia matches together, Yeboah finished that season with 12 goals and 11 assists, establishing himself as one of the decisive figures in the squad’s rise.

A place in Venezia’s next season

For Venezia, the agreement secures a player who has already shared both the daily work of the promotion season and its decisive moments. Yeboah’s new deal gives the club a longer-term foundation as it returns to the top division, with the option clause offering further control over his future beyond 2030.
