Carolina will be without tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders, cornerback Chau Smith-Wade, linebacker Tyrel Dodson, tackle Albert Reese, outside linebacker Pat Jones and defensive tackle Bobby Brown. Quarterback Haynes King is designated as the Panthers’ emergency third quarterback. Atlanta’s inactive group includes quarterbacks Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix Jr., defensive backs Billy Bowman Jr. and Malcolm DeWalt IV, plus offensive lineman Ethan Onianwa.
New Orleans listed running back Kendre Miller, cornerback Decamerion Richardson, linebacker Isaiah Stalbird, defensive linemen Christen Miller and John Ridgeway III, and offensive lineman Mason Murphy as inactive. Zach Wilson will serve as the Saints’ emergency third quarterback. Baltimore will sit Flowers along with linebacker Teddye Buchanan, guard Andrew Voorhees, tackle Gerad Lichtenhan and defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike, while Joe Fagnano holds the emergency third-quarterback role.
Minnesota’s unavailable players are quarterback Kyler Murray, cornerback Zemaiah Vaughn, safety Jakobe Thomas, wide receiver Jauan Jennings, center Nick Samac, tackle Caleb Tiernan and defensive lineman Elijah Williams. Chicago has designated Case Keenum as its emergency third quarterback and ruled out defensive lineman Jamree Kromah, offensive linemen Jordan McFadden and Ozzy Trapilo, and defensive lineman Jayden Loving.

Houston’s list includes tight end Brevin Jordan, Collins, linebacker Jake Hummel, cornerback Collin Wright, guard Ed Ingram, tackle Nate Thomas and defensive end Jadeveon Clowney.
Pittsburgh has made Pittman inactive along with quarterback Drew Allar, cornerback Joey Porter Jr., guard Gennings Dunker, defensive lineman Kevin Jobity Jr. and defensive end Gabriel Rubio. Will Howard is the Steelers’ emergency third quarterback. New England will not have cornerback Carlton Davis, tackles Dametrious Crownover and Walter Rouse, tight end Tanner Arkin or defensive tackle Leonard Taylor; Behren Morton is available only as the emergency third quarterback.
Green Bay’s inactive report contains cornerback Benjamin St-Juste, offensive linemen John Williams and Travis Glover, and defensive tackles Warren Brinson and Javon Hargrave. The Jets will be without Fitzpatrick, kicker Blake Grupe, running back Kene Nwangwu, edge rusher Joseph Ossai, cornerback D’Angelo Ponds and linebacker Trevin Wallace.
Cleveland named Taylen Green as its emergency third quarterback while ruling out linebacker Justin Jefferson, safety Daniel Thomas, cornerback Toriano Pride Jr., center Parker Brailsford and guard Teven Jenkins. Tampa Bay’s unavailable players are cornerbacks Ayden Garnes and Jacob Parrish, guards Luke Haggard and Billy Schrauth, and defensive linemen DeMonte Capehart and Elijah Simmons.
Philadelphia will have Tanner McKee as its emergency third quarterback, with quarterback Cole Payton, wide receiver Elijah Moore, outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard and guard Micah Morris inactive. Tennessee’s report includes cornerback Cor’Dale Flott, linebacker James Williams Sr., guard Atonio Mafi, tackle Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson, tight end Kylen Granson and defensive tackle Jackie Marshall.
