Torino have reached the first international break with several players giving Ignazio Abate a sound base for the weeks ahead, while their early performances have also stood out in fantasy football scoring. Che Adams has set the standard, but the contributions around him suggest a squad beginning to establish reliable figures across the pitch.
Adams leads Torino’s early performers
The Scotland forward has been Torino’s highest-scoring player by average fantasy rating among those assessed over at least three matches. Adams has returned two goals from his first three rated appearances, producing an average of 8.8.
Behind him is Rolando Mandragora, the summer arrival returning to Torino after his spell away from the club. The midfielder marked his reunion with the Granata support in memorable fashion, scoring against Fiorentina, the side he had most recently represented. He then added an assist in the latest match against Bologna.
Mandragora’s average stands at 7.3 across five rated games, a total that includes his opening two appearances in Fiorentina colours before joining Torino.
Defensive continuity and a young winger’s progress
- Pietro Comuzzo, another former Fiorentina player, has made a promising beginning in Turin. The central defender received ratings in each of the opening four rounds and scored against Sassuolo, taking his average close to 7.0.
- Ardian Ismajli has provided another dependable presence in Abate’s defence. He has been rated in four of Torino’s five games, has never fallen below a 6.0, and remains without a yellow card. His average is 6.5.
